Robert Earl Keen Launches “Secret Santa’s Secret Hideout” Virtual Scavenger Hunt
In conjunction with his annual holiday tour, Robert Earl Keen has launched a spy-themed virtual scavenger hunt called “Secret Santa’s Secret Hideout.” Keen invites fans to join in the search to discover the location of their virtual secret Santa. Based on this year’s theme to his tour, Robert Earl Keen’s Merry Christmas From The Fam-O-Lee Secret Santa Christmas, the first set of clues can be found in the lyrics of the four Spy Songs performed on the tour and in the name of their four secret agents seen on stage. Players can watch for more clues in Robert’s social media accounts on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter. Another hint just dropped on Keen’s instagram explains that the virtual Santa is hidden in a specific, fixed location in Texas. He invites fans to pay special attention to the lyrics of their encore for more hints.
Sleuths, who solve the mystery, can submit their answers via email to “[email protected]” by December 31st. Winners will be chosen at random from all of the correct answers received. The first place winner will receive $500 dollars, second place $250, and third place $100. Additional prizes such as official REK sunglasses, and autographed albums will be given to 4th-20th place. Winners will be announced on January 1st.
